Passionate and creative designer with extensive experience of working with clients across various sectors, including sports, education, technology, finance and e-commerce. A self-starter with initiative who works well as part of a team. Experienced presenting proposed visuals to both clients and stakeholders. Optiseller - Lead UI/UX Designer

Responsible for the design of company websites, landing pages, campaigns, apps, dashboards, emails and any branded materials. Conceptualise user journeys and prototype user flows. Create and maintain consistent style guides, pattern libraries and design components.
Define problem areas of journeys and conceptualise ideas for sign-off by building prototypes (InVision or markup).
Working closely with product owners, software developers and testers to A/B test design and design components while using Google Analytics to measure and track site behaviour.
Standard Life - Senior Digital Designer
September 2014 - May 2018
My role within the Standard Life Savings UX design team is to visualise and build consistent journeys across the various platforms and to make sure these journeys feel consistent.
The .co.uk website, online community, blog and dashboard make up the savings and investment tools which I have helped deliver. By creating design patterns, using customer research and data from MVT/AB testing and Google analytics to help shape these customer journeys.
Working closely with governance and compliance to achieve sign-off while maintaining a high level of creativity and to accessibility standards.
Envoy International - Creative Lead

My role working at Envoy International involved the design of various online services for a specialist patent, trademark provider, which included various brochureware website designs, email campaign design and build, landing pages and user interface screens for the company back office. A large part of this work involved collaborating with external companies to evolve the backend systems and to develop future plugins.

A sports management company that is internationally recognised as a leader in; online sports systems, high performance tracking, internet application development and sports consultancy services.
Creating ecommerce web sites with online shopping, using php and Drupal CMS technology. Creating brands for some of the largest rugby, cricket and golfing sporting bodies across the globe.

My role involved managing the Denvir design department and offering clients both web and print design services. Create visually attractive and functional design solutions to support project teams, including websites, mailers, point of sale, brochures and complete exhibition designs.
